Theatre Board Update

  • Sherlock Holmes and the First Baker Street Irregulars was a huge success!

    • Thank you to the cast, crew, Directors Hattie and Aaron, parent volunteers, and everyone who attended the performances on January 23rd , 24th , and 25th.

  • Upcoming Productions:

    • The focus now shifts to OAP (our community performance will be held on March 7th) and the senior-directed play Alice in Wonderland, which will be performed on May 3rd.

    • Stay tuned for more details, including volunteer opportunities!

  • Annual Theatre Banquet:

    • The banquet will be held at Vintage Villas on May 14.

    • Tickets will be available on the Ludus website starting in early April.

  • Fund Team Fundraising Campaign:

    • The top five students who raised the most donations will receive Amazon gift cards as a thank-you for their efforts.

    • Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the fundraiser.

  • Heller Updates -

    • Reminder that our fall musical Chicago will be entered into the Heller Awards this year, and nominations will be annouced at the end of February. Some of our students will be performing with the Select Ensemble at the event at the end of April. Stay tuned for more exciting info!

  • Theatre Board Open Positions (2025/2026 School Year):

    • Fundraising Coordinator – Help organize and manage fundraising efforts.

    • Marketing Lead – Promote shows and events through social media and outreach, playbills, posters and more.

    • Website Manager – Maintain and update the theatre website.

    • Secretary – Maintain records of board meetings and documentation.
